At Lasheddbynanii_ LBN, policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the business. Please review the following guidelines before booking your appointment:
Booking & Cancellations
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients must reschedule or cancel at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to prevent delays. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be subject to cancellation or a late fee.
Arrival & Appointments
• Check-In: Upon arrival, please send a message to confirm your presence before entering.
• Clean Lashes: Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure proper application. A lash cleaning fee may apply if necessary.
Payments
• Accepted Payments: Payments are accepted via cash or ATH Móvil only. Full payment is required at the end of the appointment.
